To become an FRSA Referee, first you need to take and pass a New Referee Clinic.
Once you have completed this, send an email to referee.commissioner@frontroyalsoccerassociation.onmicrosoft.com with the following information:

Referee Name
Mailing Address
Primary and Secondary Phone numbers
Email address (This will be used to login to the FRSA website and request games.
Date of Birth
If possible, please attach a head-shot image of the referee. These are placed in the official management software and make it easier for me to make sure everyone is assigned appropriately. They are not visible to the general public.

Finally, the referee will need to attend the referee meeting scheduled at the beginning of the season, usually in conjunction with the Coaches meeting.
